IEEE MEDITCOM 2023 solicits half-day tutorial proposals on new and emerging topics on communications and networking. The proposals should clearly describe the content and objectives of the tutorial, and must include:
- Title of the tutorial
- Motivation, timeliness and intended audience
- For each speaker:
- name, affiliation, contact email
- short biography (100-200 words)
- previous lecture experience on tutorial topics
- a link to video recordings of public lectures if available
- Outline of the topics, including a short abstract of each section
- whether similar tutorials have been offered at recent IEEE ComSoc conferences, and, if so, if/how the tutorial proposed to IEEE MEDITCOM 2023 differs.
